Visit of a BSP delegation to the Epson facilities
On September 30, a delegation led by Mayor of Cerdanyola del Vallès Carme Carmona and made up of President of the employers’ organization Foment de Treball Joaquim Gay de Montellà, President of the Barcelona Synchrotron Park (BSP) and Secretary General of the Territory and Sustainability Department of the Catalan government Pau Villòria and Director of the Barcelona Synchrotron Park Pere Solà, visited the Epson facilities located in Cerdanyola del Vallès accompanied by CEO Ernest Quingles.

Epson Ibérica, subsidiary of the Japanese multinational, headquartered in Cerdanyola del Valllès, is the Spanish market leader in printers of different technologies and video projectors. The company employs 150 peoples and had a 77 million Euros turnover in 2013.

During the visit, the role of the Barcelona Synchrotron Park as a key local industrial hub was stressed.
